White mustard

White mustard (Sinapis alba) is a widely used, fast-growing cover crop with excellent early vigour. We have succeeded in our breeding program to breed white mustard varieties with resistance against beet cyst nematodes Heterodera schachtii and Heterodera betae. In addition to nematode resistance our breeding program focuses on late flowering material, combined with frost sensitivity. Our white mustard varieties Floraine, Vitaro and Ultimo are among the best in the world!
